Somehow I find this the most sinister tshirt design I’ve seen in ages. It’s like a scene from a spooky movie with scary kids in the woods that look normal during the day but they lose their face at night and run around silently murdering farm animals and then gather at dawn to eat old people for breakfast. With donald sutherland in it. Writen by orson scott card.

So if the zombies come huntin I think I’m ready. I’ve seen shaun of the dead, dead set, and read the monster island books. I know about the whole brains thing. I carry a swiss. I know my limits when it comes to jumping over fences. I avoid loose clothing which would catch on the fence. And my bike won’t run out of fuel.
Robit Studios have a nice pair of shirts tagged ‘prepare‘ with zombies and robots. I hope they continue the series. Complete the sim city list with earthquakes, tornadoes and floods. Then move on to the other impending doom sources - like GM tomatoes and athletes foot. A special one for those big worms in tremors. The possibilities are endless. A weeks worth of prepare shirts would be neat.
Get the zombie one here to encourage them!
grenade bunny
wow - these would be a cool weapon. The railway near me is covered with bunnies - hundreds of them. If you turned them all into grenades and could lure them to your enemy under cover of dark (they eat carrots - they must be good in the dark) - then wow - global domination.
another bike tee
Anyone who reads this blog regularly will know I have a thing for bike tees. The future WILL be pedal powered, and won’t have four wheels.
This is a nice take on the bike geek / history thing. Artevist is an interesting site - ethical behavior coming out of their ears!
This one is a bit TOO green for me personally - probably more appropriate for kids.

Pure teecos will always be my favourites - but despite doing hoodies and boards and stuff - 410BC are worth a post.
Have a rummage around and see what you can find. It might have been my Google browser, but the site kicked me around a bit from time to time - taking me home instead of to a tee. Stick with it though!
univers-al approval
Ho ho ho. Such a word play wonder huh! I missed this shirt when it came out - I think - but have to post it now. Love the type designs coming from TypographyShop. There are a number of similar designs around - but you know how every other mp3 player just looks a bit rough around the edges because of the iPod? Same here. If you need a type tee - get this one.

This tee reminds me of the crooked old man with a crooked old house with a crooked old gate leading to his crooked old path past the crooked old tree to his crooked old door…. with a dash of penelope pitstop thrown in.
Added attraction of a 40% off sale going on at dying decade. Cheap AND good! Wow.
Oh - and the decapitated head isn’t meant to show the after effects of the passing train - I just felt sorry for the tshirt model that her head had been chopped off in my original crop of this tee.
tee feeds
If you haven’t already added teefeeds.com to your daily web wanderings - do so.
Before my recent vacation from posting on OMGTees the OMG feed was featured on teefeeds, but (quite rightly) it was dropped for inactivity.While it was there traffic was reasonable - so I know the site has a decent following.
Now that we’re back firing on all cylinders though hopefully it won’t be too long until we make a return. It’s a great place to quickly read a stack of tee sites without the headache of managing your own RSS reader. Think of it as a popurls for tees.
I like the approach - it feeds you the headlines, and even the start of the post, but you have to visit the site itself to see the shirts.
kittens and skulls
Gotta love kittens and skulls on a lady shirt from resisttoday.com - in yellow no less. It’s like art class at school where the only interesting things to draw are sheep skulls and bashed up old books. Them were the days. Resist today also have a pretty sweet art mashup thingummy going on their blog - where you can take their designs and play with them. Worth checking.
gold saturn
Gold saturn have a pretty nice line in 70’s inspired tee pics. So nice, in fact, that I almost ordered a v neck tee. Which I NEVER do. Drug references? What drug references?
Teeco chart last call

sloth
I love sloths. I recall distinctly the first time I herd about sloths - and how lichen can grow on their backs they are so lazy. At the time I’d just discovered sim city - so the idea of sitting around playing sim city so long that I’d get lichen growing on me seemed appealing. What better way to spend a lifetime. [boys version here]
rhetorically speaking
These are some nice shirts - but you have to visit rhetoric just for the homepage. You know that rant I had earlier (apologies - I had drunk a LOT of coffee) about site design. This is how to do it right. The shop and the homepage just WORK without either feeling compromised.
Guys gun shirt, and girls credit card shirt - which is all the more appropriate now that we are in recession and all!
kiss kiss
OK - 2 things with this shirt fight the other. Metallic print - kiss graphic - black cotton. I still have a deep deep connection between iron maiden and black shirts. The metallic and the kiss just JAR with that image so much. So much that it’s pretty enjoyable. Torso Clothing.
