t-shirt wearers are getting lazier
Okay - I know - not enough new shirts - I’ll get back to posting shirts in a minute. But this amuses me.
I did this search on Google Trends. I was simply wondering if the term t-shirt or tshirt was more common. It’s T-shirt. But it’s getting less popular as tshirt gains ground. At this rate the tshirt will beat the t-shirt sometime in 2011/2012.
Are we all too lazy to type the -?
It looks like the total combined searched are dropping overall though.

Get out of my head you kook! I was going to twitter the same concept a week ago and I forgot to. I was wondering if tshirt or t-shirt was more commonly accepted. I wonder every time i tag something i put into flickr and other places like etsy.
What about tees? Did you check that?
Tee is a weird one because it gets swallowed into ‘golf tees’, ‘open tees off’ and such. My guess is that it’s way behind the other two. Even without the golf thing, it’s behind t-shirt.
Evidence here - tshirt vs t-shirt vs tee
Thomas - you snooze you lose! What I now want to know is - are the BUYERS of t-shirts (or tshirts) searching with or without the “-”. If the cool kids with the money are searching for “tees” that would be the term to use.
Anyone with Google Analytics on their shop able to give us a clue on that?
Check out some of our cool t shirts.
